Tech Wave Cloud Translator is designed to process only the information needed to provide account, website-translation, security, usage and support functions.

Translation data

Website text submitted for translation may be processed by the configured AI translation provider when it is not already available in the translation cache. Cached translations are stored so identical content does not need repeated AI processing.

Visitor data

The service avoids storing complete visitor browsing histories and does not require full visitor IP addresses for ordinary analytics. Security and rate-limit records may use privacy-conscious hashes and technical request metadata.

Customer controls

Customers can disable translation analytics where supported and can exclude selectors or content from translation. Language preference memory can also be disabled per website.

Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive credentials remain server-side, and API/domain validation is applied to translation requests.
